When you purchase LiquidRadius, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the software on your own Mac computers. One license covers all Macs owned by you personally.
LiquidRadius and all associated intellectual property remain the property of the developer. Your purchase grants a license to use the software, not ownership of the underlying code.
LiquidRadius requires macOS Tahoe (26.0 or later) with System Integrity Protection disabled. The software uses code injection to modify window rendering. You acknowledge that:
LiquidRadius is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this software, including but not limited to system instability, data loss, or application incompatibility.
As digital content, LiquidRadius is non-refundable once delivered. If the software does not function as described on your system, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us. We will work with you to resolve the issue first. If we cannot, we will process a refund through Lemon Squeezy.
Refunds are not available where the software functions as described but does not meet your personal expectations, or where incompatibility is due to your system configuration.
Your purchase includes free updates to LiquidRadius. We reserve the right to change pricing for future major versions.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
